Have you ever heard about the Home Information Packs that is introduced recently in the United Kingdom in June 2007? These packs are used to replace surveys where it reflects whether the home buyers are happy with their property transactions. This survey is very important to rectify the governmental process of buying houses where there are instances where a property is purchased by the buyer, only to find out that the deal could not be perfected due to processes issue whereby it is none of their fault. The HIP is truly a great step by the UK government.
