From Web To Excel

Question
I’m having a problem downloading items from the web into an Excel worksheet. Excel opens but then there’s a virus scan of the file and on each of my add-ins and macros. This confuses the download so I don’t receive anything. I use Norton Antivirus.
Answer
Right-click on the Norton icon. Choose Configure Norton Antivirus. In the left hand panel choose Miscellaneous. In the right hand panel remove the checkmark against Enable Office Plug-in. You can always enable it again later.
