Boris Gets Final Effects

Boris FX has bought the Final Effects Complete effects plug-in set from Optibase. Optibase acquired the set when it bought Media 100 just over a year ago. Final Effects Complete is a collection of more than 100 plug-ins for After Effects and compatible applications, such as Final Cut Pro.
The filters include 2D and 3D particle animations such as ball action, explosions, distortions, jet trails, hair, liquid mercury distortions, and colour transitions. Final Effects Complete features a range of transition effects. The plug-ins will be available from Boris FX Europe in the next week for £449 plus VAT for either Mac or Windows.
